On a small number of digger derricks, during a stability test, the connectors to a relay may have been reattached incorrectly. As a result, the hydraulic overload protection system may not work properly. If this happens, the unit could be overloaded.

Accessories using chassis air supply could be missing pressure protection valves. This could cause a loss of air pressure to the service brakes through the accessory air system. Note: This is an expansion of Altec recall CSN 724 (Transport Canada Recall No. 2019-348).
