Auto-Recalls.ca provides aggregated automotive safety defect records for informational reference only. While data is synchronized with public records from Transport Canada (March 2026 snapshot), we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, real-time status, or uninterrupted availability of this information.
3. Requirement for Dealer & Official Confirmation
Safety recall notices published here apply broadly to vehicle make, model, and year cohorts. Individual vehicle eligibility and completion status must always be verified with an authorized franchised dealership or Transport Canada's official recall inquiry system.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Auto-Recalls.ca, its operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, or for any repair decisions made on the basis of published records.
5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
Automotive brand trademarks, logos, and model designations remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used solely for identification and safety defect communication under Canadian fair dealing principles.
