On certain motorcycles, the fuel pump flange could crack. If this happens, fuel could leak while the engine is running. Note: This is an expansion of recall 16 002 20 (014) (Transport Canada Recall No. 2020-437).

Certain motorcycles with dealer installed accessory turn signals may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CVMSS) 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The size of the lens on the accessory turn signals may be too small, and therefore would not meet the requirements of the standard. This could reduce vehicle conspicuity to following and approaching road users, and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the accessory turn signals with factory indicators that meet the requirements of the standard.

The brake light is deactivated when the "light switch off" function is activated, which is contrary to the requirements of the standard. This would also reduce vehicle conspicuity to following road users, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will update vehicle software to correct the non-compliance.
