Loss of windshield wiping capability, should it occur during a rainy/snowy day, may compromise the driver’s ability to see the road and its users, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the windshield wiper arms.

Should this occur during a rainy/snowy day, it may compromise the driver's ability to see the road and its users, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the incorrect wiper link.

Certain vehicles fail to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120 – Tire Selection and Rims. Due to a typographical error, the size of the rear tires, as indicated on the certification label, is incorrectly identified as 275/80R22.5 instead of 295/80R22.5. As a result, the vehicle may inadvertently be fitted with incorrect replacement tires. Correction: Dealers will install an updated certification label. In addition, the manufacturer wishes to install larger capacity front tires and wheels, thereby increasing the Gross Axle Weight Rating from 6,622 kg (14,600 lb) to 6,894 kg (15,000 lb). This change will be indicated on the new certification label.

On certain motorhomes, the wiper arms could detach from the vehicle. Loss of windshield wiping capability, should it occur during a rainy/snowy day, may compromise the driver's ability to see the road and its users, which could result in a crash. In addition, a wiper arm separating from the vehicle could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or a bystander. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the shafts attaching the arms to the wiper linkage.

Certain motorhomes fail to conform to the the park brake and draw bar requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 121 - Air Brake Systems. Should the vehicle be parked on a slope, and the transmission shift lever be in any position other than PARK, it may result in unintended vehicle movement which could cause a crash resulting in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Spartan authorized repair facilities will install improved brake chambers.
