On certain motorhomes built on a Ford chassis, the insulation for the engine cover may be missing. As a result, some surfaces inside the motorhome could get hot while the engine is running.
If a person touches a hot surface, there could be a risk of a burn injury.
Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to add insulation to the engine cover. The dealer will also add a foam seal on the outer edge of the cover.
