On a small number of vehicles, the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes.

To reduce the safety risk, Forest River advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs are completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a Ford dealer to arrange for an inspection. The dealer will repair the brake pedal assembly, as necessary.
On a small number of buses, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash.
A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury.
None of the affected buses have been delivered to customers. The company will instruct dealers to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor(s) before the buses are delivered.
