On certain motorcycles, a wiring harness could have been damaged during the assembly process. This could cause various components not to operate, such as the turn signals, headlight, taillight, horn and/or instrument panel. The lack of exterior light could reduce a driver’s visibility and also reduce the motorcycle’s conspicuity.
