Furthermore, in this condition, the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 104 - Windshield Wiping and Washing System - will not be fully met. Correction: Dealers will ensure the wiper arm is fitted securely onto the spindle and the securing nut is tightened to the correct torque.
