On certain travel trailers, the interior cooktop burner could be affected by the operation of the furnace. This could potentially cause the burner flame to invert.
An inverted burner flame could create the risk of a burn injury or cause a fire.
Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to install panels and seal any gaps that could allow return air from the furnace to cause an inverted flame on the cooktop. Note: To minimize the safety risk, Jayco recommends that the furnace and the range cooktop should not be used at the same time before the recall repairs have been completed.
On certain RV trailers, the propane (LP) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances. Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 2021-367. This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec model 6020 propane regulator.
Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire.

A spare tire carrier that falls from the trailer could become a hazard for other road users and bystanders. This could create a risk of injury and/or a crash.
Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to install additional reinforcements on the spare tire carrier. Jayco advises that you should remove the spare tire until the recall repairs have been completed.
