PERSONAL INJURY COULD RESULT TO PERSONS STANDING ON THE STEP AT THE TIME OF FAILURE, OR, IF THE VEHICLE IS IN USE, THE ASSEMBLY COULD FALL ONTO THE ROADWAY AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
