Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Owners will be provided with instructions on how to inspect the fire extinguisher to see if it is recalled. Replacement fire extinguishers will be supplied by Kidde directly. On certain fifth wheel trailers, the slide-room LP line may have been installed too close to the tire during vehicle assembly. The line may become damaged as a result of contact with the tire. A propane leak, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire and/or explosion causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will relocate the LP line.

Certain fifth wheel and travel trailers were manufactured with 16 inch steel wheels that may leak at the valve stem during inflation or when checking air pressure, due to improper seating of the valve stem. Some models have aluminium wheels with a steel spare and only the spare is affected. Towing a vehicle with under inflated tires can result in tire failure, increasing the risk of property damage and a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the snap-in valve stem with a bolt-in version.
