On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers, the Milestar ST225/75D15D M633 tires may exhibit symptoms of a defect such as; exterior sidewall and tread cracking, excessive tread wear, tread separation and blowouts. Tire failure could adversely affect vehicle handling, potentially causing a crash with property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Owners will be provided with a letter detailing these concerns, and how to determine if they possess the tires in question. Suspect tires are marked with a DOT number that begins with 5YHH TC1. Once confirmed, the tire should be inspected for defects and, if required, replaced forthwith. Certain fifth wheel and travel trailers were manufactured with 16 inch steel wheels that may leak at the valve stem during inflation or when checking air pressure, due to improper seating of the valve stem. Some models have aluminium wheels with a steel spare and only the spare is affected. Towing a vehicle with under inflated tires can result in tire failure, increasing the risk of property damage and a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the snap-in valve stem with a bolt-in version.

Inoperative lamps will fail to convey the driver's intention to turn or brake to drivers in following vehicles as well as making the trailer less visible during nighttime operation.
