Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers equipped with a Dometic Corporation refrigerator, a fatigue crack can develop in the boiler tube. This could allow the release of pressurized coolant solution into an area where an ignition source is present, which could result in a fire. Correction: Dealers will install a secondary burner housing.

On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers, the Milestar ST225/75D15D M633 tires may exhibit symptoms of a defect such as; exterior sidewall and tread cracking, excessive tread wear, tread separation and blowouts. Tire failure could adversely affect vehicle handling, potentially causing a crash with property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Owners will be provided with a letter detailing these concerns, and how to determine if they possess the tires in question. Suspect tires are marked with a DOT number that begins with 5YHH TC1. Once confirmed, the tire should be inspected for defects and, if required, replaced forthwith. On certain travel trailers, the Federal Identification Tag and the Tire and Loading Information Label do not contain the correct Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). The labels incorrectly indicate a GVWR of 7520 lbs instead of 5955lbs and GAWR of 3500 lbs instead of 2750 lbs. Loading the vehicle beyond the actual GVWR and GAWR could result in poor vehicle handling characteristics, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will install updated labels.
