KTM and Husqvarna will notify owners by mail to advise you of this problem. You should contact an authorized KTM, Husqvarna or Continental Tire dealer if you have these tires. All tires affected by this recall will be replaced.
On certain motorcycles, a bellow gasket in the clutch slave cylinder can be damaged. If this happens, the clutch may not disengage when the clutch lever is pulled in. This can cause the motorcycle to continue moving forward when you try to stop. It can also cause the motorcycle to move if you start it when the transmission is not in neutral (N).
A clutch that does not disengage could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. A motorcycle that moves suddenly when you try to start or stop it can create a risk of injury.
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to inspect and replace the clutch slave cylinder.
