THE SHAFT COULD SEIZE ON THE BUSHINGS CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STAY ON FULL THROTTLE AND RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THROTTLE CONTROL. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A POSSIBLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: BUSHINGS IN THE GOVERNOR HOUSING WILL BE REPLACED.
