IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IMPROPER STEERING SHAFT CLAMP BOLTS WERE INSTALLED AND TORQUED TO THE WRONG SPECIFICATIONS. BECAUSE OF THE OVERLOADED CLAMPING FORCE APPLIED TO THE BOLT, THE BOLT COULD FAIL ALLOWING THE STEERING YOKE TO BECOME LOOSE. THIS COULD RESULT IN COMPLETE LOSS OF STEERING WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING AND A POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.
