THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CRACKING IN THE AREA OF THE WHEEL MOUNMTING FLANGE AND/OR INNER BEARING BARREL SECTION ON CERTAIN ROCKWELL CAST ALUMINUM WHEELS (CASTING NO. 333-A-911). EITHER DEFECT CAN CAUSE THE WHEEL AND TIRE TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE CAUSING A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.

A PROPELLED FRAGMENT COULD CAUSE INJURY TO SERVICE PERSONNEL IN THE VICINITY OF AN OPERATING ENGINE.
