OMISSION OF THE DOWELS WOULD PUT SHEAR PRESSURE ON THE FOUR(4) SPRING CAP BOLTS AND COULD CAUSE LOOSENING OR FAILURE OF THE BOLTS. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND DOWELS INSTALLED WHERE NECESSARY.
