THE BEAM END ADAPTER KIT WAS BUILT WITH A 3\4 INCH DIAMETER BOLT INSTEAD OF THE SPECIFIED 1 INCH BOLT. THIS 3\4 INCH BOLT MAY BREAK, CAUSING DISENGAGEMENT OF THE BEAM CONNECTION ON THE REAR SUSPENSION RESULTING IN A LOSS OF CONTROL BY THE OPERATOR AND A POSSIBLE CRASH. CORRECTION: SUSPECT BOLTS WILL BE REPLACED WITH 1 INCH BOLTS. NOTE: VEHICLES ARE LOCATED IN ONTARIO.
