THE BRAKE ACTUATING ROD TO BRAKE VALVE ARM FASTENERS MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED ADEQUATE TORQUE DURING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS TO MAINTAIN FASTENER INTEGRITY. A LOSS OF THIS FASTENER WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SERVICE BRAKE AVAILABILITY TO THE DRIVER. CORRECTION: A STOVER LOCKNUT WILL BE INSTALLED AND PROPERLY TORQUED ONTO THE CAPSCREW WHICH SECURES THE SERVICE BRAKE ACTUATING ROD TO THE BRAKE VALVE ARM.
