On certain vehicles, specific operating conditions (such as tight, successive, highly banked curves in opposite directions), could trigger unintended Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system intervention. As a result, the ESC may unnecessarily apply one of the front brakes in order to correct the perceived oversteer condition. This may cause the vehicle to deviate from the intended path, thereby increasing the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the ESC module.

On certain vehicles, the Ricon wheelchair lift located in baggage bay #2 could become disengaged from a locked position and slide freely. As a secondary mode of failure, if the wheelchair lift is deployed manually, when the unit is placed back in storage, the drive mechanism may not re-engage properly, allowing the unit to move freely. An unrestrained wheelchair lift may break through the compartment door and extend beyond the outside of the vehicle while in motion, causing potential injury to persons and or damage to other vehicles or property. Correction: The manufacturer/Dealers will install a Ricon-designed retrofit kit.

On certain motorhomes equipped with a ZF ASTRONIC shift selector there is a potential to malfunction as a result of a cellular phone, PDA, radio interference, improper radio antenna or power supplies being within the ZF recommended 50Cm (20 in) minimum distance. When this situation happens the ZF shift selector may move into reverse without driver knowledge which could result in a crash causing personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
