On certain buses, a software problem could cause the tail lamps not to turn on when the daytime running lamps (DRLs) are on. As a result, the buses don't meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.

To reduce the safety risk, Motor Coach Industries (MCI) advises you to drive the bus with the headlamps on until the recall repairs are completed. MCI will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to update the vehicle software.
