On certain side-by-side UTVs, the clutch could fail under certain operating conditions. If this happens, debris and/or clutch components could be ejected from the clutch housing. Note: Vehicles that were inspected or repaired under recall Z-20-07 (Transport Canada recall 2020-469) also require this repair.

On certain side-by-side UTVs, the steering wheel may have been damaged during shipping to the dealership. As a result, the steering wheel spokes could break while driving. If this happens, the steering wheel could separate and cause a loss of steering control. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall 2021-662. Vehicles that had the steering wheel replaced under the previous recall do not require this repair.

Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the primary clutch balance hole (drill hole) locations. The primary clutch will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Polaris recommends that you should avoid riding your UTV until the recall repairs have been completed.
