On certain vehicles, the steering drag link turnbuckle may crack and fracture over time. If this were to occur, it could result in a complete loss of steering control, which would create a risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the steering drag link.
A failure of this component (steering) may increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Authorized dealerships will inspect the vehicle and complete all necessary repairs free of charge (parts and labor).
On certain coaches equipped with ZF-Astronic transmissions, a cell phone placed in the proximity of the shifter touch pad could cause the display to change from R (Reverse) to 2 (second gear) should the phone receive a call. Regardless what the indicator displays, the transmission can only physically engage a forward gear if the vehicle is stopped and the brake pedal is depressed. However, should this occur, and the driver fails to realize the wrong gear is selected (Drive instead of Reverse), a vehicle crash could occur, potentially causing physical injury or death to occupants and/or bystanders. Correction: Dealers will install upgraded transmission software.
