On certain fire trucks,the pump shift solenoid may become corroded and fail. If this happens, power to the pump control module may be lost, and the vehicle may not shift into pump mode.
A loss of power to the pump control module can cause a loss of water pressure for fighting fires. This could delay emergency response and increase the risk of injury.

Due to a defect in manufacturing, the seat belt buckle may not release as required by the standard. This could hinder egress from the vehicle in an emergency, increasing the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace affected seatbelt buckles.
