On certain motorhomes, the front overhead cabinets may not be properly attached. As a result, a cabinet could detach and fall onto the driver or passenger. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada Recall 2020-644.
A cabinet that detaches and falls could create a risk of injury. If the cabinet falls while driving, it may also create a distraction and increase the risk of a crash.
Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to verify that the cabinets are properly mounted. If the cabinets are loose, the dealership will reinstall them properly.

On certain motorhomes equipped with Kidde fire extinguishers with black plastic handles and valves, the fire extinguishers may become clogged or require excessive force to activate. Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Owners will be provided with instructions on how to inspect the fire extinguisher to see if it is recalled. Replacement fire extinguishers will be supplied by Kidde directly. On certain motorhomes, the Cargo Carrying Capacity Label does not indicate the correct hot water and fresh water tank capacity. This could result in vehicle overloading leading to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Updated labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles along with instructions for proper installation.
