THE ELECTRICAL CABLES FROM THE BATTERY TO THE STARTER SOLENOID COULD BECOME WEDGED BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT AND THE WIRE GUIDE. THIS COULD LEAD TO INSULATION DAMAGE AND A POSSIBLE SHORT CIRCUIT WHICH COULD IN TURN CAUSE ENGINE STOPPAGE AND LIGHT FAILURE, RESULTING IN A POSSIBLE ACCIDENT. CORRECTION: CABLES WILL BE ROUTED THROUGH THE COIL BRACKET, A GROMMET WILL BE INSTALLED TO PREVENT CHAFING OF THE INSULATION AND CABLES WILL BE SECURED WITH A PLASTIC TIE WRAP. CABLES FOUND TO BE DAMAGED DURING INITIAL INSPECTION WILL BE REPLACED.

THE FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS COULD FAIL DUE TO INSUFFICIENT LUBRICATION. THIS COULD REDUCE SMOOTH ROTATION OF THE BEARINGS ON THE AXLE AND RESULT IN REDUCED VEHICLE CONTROL. CORRECTION: ALL UNITS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN OPERATED MUST HAVE THE BEARINGS PROPERLY LUBRICATED, THE RIGHT HAND OIL SEAL REPLACED AND AN IMPROVED AXLE COLLAR INSTALLED. UNITS WHICH HAVE BEEN IN OPERATION MUST HAVE THE BEARINGS REPLACED, BE PROPERLY LUBRICATED AND FITTED WITH NEW OIL SEALS AND AN IMPROVED AXLE COLLAR.
