THE RUBBER SEAL BETWEEN THE METAL VALVE STEM AND THE WHEEL RIM CAN ALLOW SLOW SEEPAGE OF AIR AROUND THE VALVE BASE RESULTING IN VEHICLE OPERATION ON UNDER-INFLATED TIRES. THIS CONDITION COULD LEAD TO A TIRE FAILURE. 1978 BMW 320I 1978 BMW 530I
