This could cause poor handling and lead to a loss of control. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall nos. 2023-395 and 2024-164. RV trailers that were repaired under those recalls also require this repair.

On certain RV trailers, the fasteners securing the cooling unit to the refrigerator may be loose or missing. As a result, the cooling unit could move and cause the propane line to crack and leak. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-302.

Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, as necessary, repair or replace the refrigerator and propane line.
On certain RV trailers, the quick disconnect fittings for the propane (LP) gas system may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the fittings could crack and leak propane. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2022-246. Trailers that were repaired under that recall also require this repair.
