THIS COULD LEAD TO LOOSENING AND EVENTUAL SEPARATION OF THE BELT ASSEMBLY FROM THE MOUNTING BRACKET. IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP THE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT ADEQUATELY RESTRAIN THE WEARER AND INJURY COULD RESULT. CORRECTION: BOLTS WILL BE INSPECTED FOR PROPER TORQUE AND RETORQUED WHERE NECESSARY.
