THE ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN ON THESE VEHICLES HAS A TELESCOPING FUNCTION THAT IS RETAINED BY A STEEL BALL TRAVELS IN A MACHINED GROOVE. CERTAIN STEERING COLUMNS MAY BE MISSING THIS STEEL BALL AND THIS COULD CAUSE THE STEERING SHAFT (WHEN THE RELEASE LEVER IS ACTUATED) TO CONTINUE EXTENDING UNTIL THE SHAFT SEPARATES FROM THE STEERING COLUMN. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND STEERING COLUMN WILL BE REPLACED IF NECESSARY.
