OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF OPERATION, THE BRAKE PIPE COULD WEAR THROUGH SUFFICIENTLY TO CAUSE A LOSS OF BRAKE FLUID AND A PARTIAL LOSS OF BRAKING ACTION.
